About the Consulting Chef


CHEF JENNIFER JASINSKI


Jennifer Jasinski is the consulting chef for the Denver Art Museum’s new restaurant, The Ponti, opening October 24, 2021. Jasinski completed her formal education at the Culinary Institute of America and trained under Wolfgang Puck for ten years. In 2000, Jasinski moved to Denver as the Executive Chef at Panzano. She was named Colorado Chef of the Year in 2004 and Western Regional Chef of the Year in 2005 by the American Culinary Federation. In 2004, Jasinski opened her first restaurant, Rioja, in Denver’s Historic Larimer Square. She and business partner Beth Gruitch acquired Bistro Vendôme in 2006. She also owns Stoic & Genuine and Ultreia in Denver’s Union Station. Jasinski was named James Beard Foundation award-winner for Best Chef Southwest in 2013. In 2016, she was named a semi-finalist for the James Beard Foundation Outstanding Chef national award.
